There's no way I'd just a bottle of wine or a box of crunchy nut cornflakes as a weapon. What a waste that would be.

By "high brow" do you mean "pretentious attempt at being intellectual that would be frowned upon by anyone who actually works in Kelvin or knows anything about absolute zero"?

Does anyone actually know anyone in Kelvin that understands zero absolutely. No one nose wan of those.

Assuming you luck in and discover an island with a pizza oven and the whole gamut of ingredients for making the pizza, what toppings would you go for?

I'd get a bike, some food and some all weather gear.

Fuuuuu......
I remember this place is weird.
I keep forgetting that some people don't know enough not to eat the plastic wrapping. No wonder nobody has teeth in this century.

That's far more the sort of answer I was expecting.

How far?

I would not eat a shop bought plastic wrapped pizza.

Such things are a convenience, but I much prefer making the things myself, far more satisfying and tasty.

I'm so distracted trying to parse 1,024 and 64 that I can't even play. So I'll go with Manny's answer of strong drink.

No, I'm thinking why did PB start this thread if he is not, in fact, planning to spend 64 days on a (not Mount) Desert Island with total budget of 1024 squids?
 (pyfitg)

Oh, and will he spend his nights on a luxury yacht anchored offshore?

(no, no he won't, for he is not going to a desert island for even one day).
