Why do all weather websites suck at forecasting and/or presenting the information? :(

I'm expecting a no, but just in case... has anyone encountered a service that aggregates reports from different sources and reports on who predicts what?

Bonus points if it provides info like "last time the current conditions were X and this provider forecast Y they matched/differed from the result by Z" or any similar analysis/extrapolation/whatever.

I have no idea if it is accurate but I have just found http://www.metaweather.com

"MetaWeather is an automated weather data aggregator that takes the weather predictions from various forecasters and calculates the most likely outcome."

I tend to use wunderground (not saying it's accurate), and I've heard people using the Dark Sky app, maybe because it looks nice.

Well, nice to see someone has actually attempted it, but MetaWeather's currently claiming Thunder for London, whilst the four sources with data say Snow,Light Cloud,Snow,Heavy Cloud. :/

Wunderground looks interesting - lots of information and presentation is ok... but it's all in Fahrenheit? :&

Odd, now I'm on a different computer and the cog is there - it wasn't before.

No idea why. It is wrapped in a "hide-for-small" class, but the other's resolution is larger, so dunno what's up there.
