Rather enjoyed it. But I'm a total whore for crappy Statham films. The Meg was my favourite film of last year, perfectly balanced stupidity and cheese.

Well I was about to TWR the Meg, quite possibly the trashiest Statham film yet, but who knows what the future holds in store, if Bruce Willis is anything to go by? But yeah, Wild Card was unexpectedly quite an interesting plot, and Statham played it with laser accuracy for best effect. “I’m old, sedentary and slouch a lot – will standing up at my desk … um, never mind.”
