I've mentioned this film quite recently, only about 13 years ago or thereabouts. Have you watched it yet? I've been dumping some old stuff onto my Plex setup and came across this again. Couldn't stop watching. Years ago I had the LP of Viv Stanshall reading his original monologue, but God knows where that went.

Dropbox, so it's a shitty download. The strangely ancient video quality, like a film from the 1930s, is deliberate as far as I can tell. I only have a DVD release. The acetate original may be better but I can't see Criterion stepping in to remaster it.

I've downloaded a rarish Rawlinson Christmas four-parter Rawlinson from the John Peel radio show if anyone would like a slice. Like the rest, it's aged unevenly, but has flashes of brilliance, like boulder opal.
