What ^he^ said - I unzipped the PMPT.exe and ran Transcoder/English/setup.exe

I tried attaching just that setup folder (3.8MB zipped), but it didn't attach.

I assume the Dropbox link will work, but if not I can fling it over email.

Poor Manthorp. The malicious pixies of frustratingly-close-but-not-close-enough have made the program work perfectly but fixed the output resolution at 224x176 whereas his player will only accept 96x64. The program was designed to offer a range, but it looks like it's been messed with and the option is greyed out. never trust a man in a blue trench coat, never drive a car when you're dead
