I couldn't see any artist names on mobile, and I can't say I'm that familiar with his style to spot it beyond it being sexy dragons.

And their surely can't be many more than 13 artists that do that sort of stuff, perhaps he's using a pseudonym?

There are 53 unique users in the first 72 results, ordered by most popular first, at Fur Affinity - giving an estimate of over sixty five thousand on just one art community - I'm not going to dedupe against other sites, but six figures wouldn't be a surprise.
