Good news is the headphones have a super-long cord, so I won't need to use extensions to reach the back of my pc, unlike so many cheap-ass devices (and @ Can.$20, I think this qualifies as cheap-ass). Sound quality remains to be seen, but I think they are meant for skyping & such more than screaming zombies and shotgun blasts.
