I wanted to install Microsoft Remote Desktop on another one of our new imacs, but you can't just download and install from Microsoft anymore, you have to get it from the App Store. So you need an Apple ID to log on. Fair enough. Then, even though MRD is listed as "free" on the app store (seeing's how MS gives it away...), you have to enter a credit card # to download it.
Stupid fucking assholes, like I would give Apple my cc #, along with my nude photos. No, uh uh.
Turns out I was able to just copy it from the other iMac, and it just works. Duh. Microsoft 1, Apple 0.
