I was at Mouse & Jodles very enjoyable evening do at East Riddlesden Hall.  Beautifully organised with (predictably) lots of great music, live and otherwise.

Dear lord, Mouse had some worryingly thin people at our.. Sorry, their wedding!

Thank you all, very much! Hopefully we'll be oop North for a meat sometime as well, then she'll meet even more of you; not sure that's the best idea, but we'll see... So far the Southern lot didn't put her off that much.

That's odd, that looks just like Mouse's wedding.

Congertrudelations to you both!

We really need to sort out a Northern Meat some time. It's been too long - even Gaynor was asking about it. (yj).

I was also thinking similar things a few days ago (nj).

This is normally the point we try and pin down a date, realise that no date suits everyone and then give up, right?

Why mess with the traditions of a lifetime? I can't do the end of August, the middle of June and possibly the one weekend in July when everyone's available.

How about a Welsh meat. I'll short out a sheep for everyone who attends.

Shirley, it can't be that hard to find a really unsuitable date and then gradually move towards one that about half of us end up attending?

Thanks for the congrats!  We had an awesome day and went to Bali after.  I didn't know anything about Bali before going and now I know much more.  It's an amazing place and an experience I'll never forget, we learnt a great deal from the way people live their lives there.
