I think Microsoft removed System Information from Windows 8.1!  I've been all over this fucking thing and can't find it!  How am I supposed to see my bios version without rebooting and going into setup?  What a stupid thing to do!  At least on Windows 8 it was there, although hard a fuck to find!  Shit!

They can't stop me!  I have Clippy on my side!  So it seems they have removed it from any and all GUI menus in 8.1 but they left msinfo32 there!  So, Windows Key --> R --> msinfo32 --> Enter --> Give the finger to MS!

Try CPU-Z. That can usually show you most CPU/MB things.
