Does anyone know of a way to force the Remote Desktop program to resize when moved to a different sized monitor?  I have 3 monitors and they are all just a little bit different in size.  If I move the program then it give me bars and shit and I hate it.  Has anyone conqured this demon?

Need to raise this from teh deed.

So I am running Windows 8 on my laptop and can RDP into every server on my networks except 2.  These two servers are 2008 R2 running terminal services.  I noticed that they support up to RDP 7.1, but Windows 8 and Server 2012 both use 8.0ish.

When I try to connect to these TS it crashes RDP and leaves the session open on the server.  I'm having a hard time finding any answers on Google to fix this.  The strange part, to me, is that it works fine on a 2003 Server!  So I have to assume that it's something to do with terminal services.  Anyone have any suggestions?  I'm getting sick of RDPing into a server that works and RDPing from that server into the TS!

Ta!
