My work colleague's housemate is looking for a "Front end developer" for a short contract (20 days, starting 3rd August) in London.

Not sure if anyone here is actively looking for work, but I figured I'd post details in case any one is interested.

The role will involve working on microsites or sections within the Jamie Oliver website, working with developers, designers, managers, etc.

Well they turned my generous £90k pa offer down, but if you're that cheap you might want to see what they say. :)

Well, so long as I get to work from home, sure. Hell, I'd even drop the ColdFusion requirement.

Does the successful applicant get the opportunity to bludgeon Jamie Oliver with a crowbar? If so, I'm prepared to lie on my CV.

I suspect he doesn't visit the online team himself that often.

But I did have a poke around the site/forums the other day and he appears to post on the forums, so I guess you couldn't rule out such an opportunity.

You think that's cheap? I'd do it for £64K p/a and all the four-cheese macaroni I can eat.

Happy now?

Fat enough to cause a distortion that rips the fabric of spacetime, allowing you to create a wormhole and travel an hour into the future to post that message at 00:02 on the 25th? :S
