Actually, 'who the fuck' (in terms of name only) is also given away by the image file name: Jeremy Kyle. To which I say "who the fuck is Jeremy Kyle, and why is he a nazi sadist?"
I do hope you're not about to go off on some silly rant about the use of 'nazi' as either a common noun or adjective (I can't be arsed working out which it is), because I don't think I care enough to write a long reply on linguistic evolution, colloquialisms, and all that stuff.
