Iv decided to go into the YouTube game.
I aint got a video camera, so what programs will record me using Traktor DJ Studio 2 (boring I know) on screen, and let me use it in some sort of video/audio editing program, like Adobe Premiere or summit.

No AVI files in Fraps folder.

A recording of you using whatever application you do your mixes in is not really worth recording. People mainly do not want to watch an application. If you really want to do videos then do some animation or put together some appropriate images in a sort of slideshow or something like that.
