I seem to remember him and Bourquefan having a full-on war over which one of them was the most delusional. Despite repeated threats from both sides to have the other extraordinarily rendered by their top-level chums in the CIA, both remain at large (although Bourquefan is definitely the largest).
I work about 10 miles from Oceanside. Good to know that he is out there protecting our neighborhoods.

Well, it seems I'm famous now ("Internet videos spark debate in Oceanside," Feb. 14). The rules remain the same. No stalking, no vandalism, no harassment, no gangbanging, drug dealing, littering, gang colors or wannabes. ... No free passes for anyone. The old days are gone. The neighborhood doesn't hate me. The houses that launch these kids into the street every day hate me. You see, I'm not afraid. I'm not cooperating with the goals of these kids, which is to instill fear and distress into the residents. They believe the streets are their turf.
