XP shares the same kernel as Server 2003. I checked a few older patches and it's the same. IE 6 critical patch from October isn't available for XP, we both know IE 6 is in XP. I'm not trying to convince you to upgrade. True enuf. I don't use it for web surfing for sure, and it's only on for 2-3 hours a week for 99% offline stuff. Otherwise I'm on a very recent linux that I keep up to date. ---- "Ninety percent of Americans use the Internet. The other ten percent use the banjo."
