While I was having trouble getting my Virgin box sorted out, my RHA MA350 headphones, which I've had for about 15 months, began to go a bit crackly in one ear. That's a longer time than most of my headphones manage, and they were still usable whereas with other brands, one ear has tended to just go dead. These ones come with a three year warranty, so I emailed them, and got a prompt response telling me they were sending out a new set and an envelope to return the old ones. They did, I returned my old ones (presumably for interrogation), and I'm all happy.
