(fail) I really have no comment. My feeble mind can't grasp why anyone would enjoy eating something like that.

Bloody hell, that's richness you spoil yourself with.

Woz has a nice GI recipe for an Andalusian stew using pork and black pudding. It's the DB.

Unfortunately, we can't get black pudding easily here. But we're visiting the UK for new year, and I hope to bring back some for ME ME ME!

I've still to perfect the recipe, but it usually involves smushing it up with onions, an Oxo cube disolved in boiling water and some red wine, adding some tomato purée to thicken, and letting it reduce down.
