Impossible.  You all live in the same town (at least that's how I picture it) and you all stop by Drews and give him titty twisters and head down town for lunch.  And then you all say, "Hey there's our Big Ben!"

I am also personal friends with the Queen. She likes coming 'round and kicking back watching reruns of Desmond's.

We all live in different counties, but most everything looks the same in our land of fairies and elves. Ever see the Teletubbies? That's essentially Britain, but we eat more custard.

Also, we don't go 'down town'. We go out into town.

Perhaps there are regional variations, but when ever I deign to provide a bus with my presence, I always just say 'town please'. And that gets me to where I want to go. AND it's downhill.

 

In places where you may need to go uphill, we would use ladders.

I expect PB will be along in a minute to point out that the photo is of the Elizabeth Tower, and that Big Ben is the nickname of 'the Great Bell' inside it. Then again, since almost nobody talks about 'the Elizabeth Tower' and 'The Great Clock' and 'the Great Bell' and since 'Big Ben' is a perfectly good nickname for the lot, which everybody understands, that's all fine and dandy.
