I agree. the problem, though, is similar to the dilemmas faced by airline security.
Spinning disks could perceivably interfere with landing/take-off systems on aircraft. Solid state systems should not pose the same hazard, and therefore should be able to be switched on. But how do airline staff differentiate in the time allowed? They can't. Solution: all electronic devices will be switched off.
Only 100mL of liquids are allowed on each receptacle. You have 10mL remaining in a 250mL container, easy to tell that there's less than 100mL. But what about 95mL or 105mL, could a security officer differentiate those by eye under the circumstances of a brief glance? No. Solution: 100mL applies to the receptacle, not the volume of fluid.
Bt the same logic, is it possible to tell which dog/owner those faeces came from? No. Solution: kill them all, every last one of them. bastard by name, bastard by nature |
