Reminded of this by Mr Smith's review of Billy Lynn's...............

The first two Riddick films are all I can really stand watching Vin Diesel in. The first is quite a gripping and compactly made film with some genuine scares. The second is long and a bit ragged with plenty of daft bits, but visually great fun. The 2013 offering is a patchwork of scenes squished into a story which is really Pitch Black again - Oh, and Riddick has an uncharacteristic pervy scene, presumably because David Twohy wanted to see Katy Sackhoff's breasts.
