Well, assuming that they aren't all churned out of a massive brewery somewhere near Prague, I wouldn't be surprised to find differences in flavour. I remember years ago, before decent coffee was widely available, I was amazed by how French instant coffee tasted more like, well, coffee than the stuff sold in the UK by the same manufacturer (Nescafe). Turns out it really was different: a completely different blend based on marketing exercises but sold in identical jars (apart from the language). No idea if that's still true.
UK Moretti is brewed in the U.K. so yeah, won’t be the same. Carl’s berg is definitely different in Denmark as well, the water must make a big difference or they cheat the recipe, I dunno.
