I found this interesting tool to check Netflix server response name Netflixdown.com. Where you can easily check the response time of your current server location.  Because  9 times out of 10, not being able to access Netflix occurs, due the shutting down of their servers in different locations. This renders the site momentarily unavailable in some cities/countries, which is a solid pain in the buttocks when you are in middle of some interesting binge watching series. So guys if next time your Netflix shows lag then definitely the response time of your server.
