I seem to be getting a lot of these recently, and my posts on Facebook appear to have exhausted the demand there. I now have 3 invites going. So, if any of you rotten lot fancy an invite, give me a shout. You have 6 days.

Ditto on my Nexus 5. It died on holiday but I resurrected it with a few hard bangs (YJ).

Had it replaced after 12 months, so only had this one for 12 months. Hopefully I can get 18 months out of it.

Same with my Note 2. It's 3 years old now, original battery too. Still going strong. Everyone thought I was mad buying this cos of the size but most phones are about the same now.

I remember the original Note looking huge, only had a 5.3" screen.

Think I'm going to choose my next one based on the camera. Realised some time ago that I don't actually use my phone for anything but Web and photos.

That's partly why I got a Nexus 5X. It's not all I use it for but the camera is important. And it's not stupidly big, but still a bit bigger than I'd like to be honest. I have not changed my opinion about that at all.

I think I might look at the LG G4 when the time comes. Spec seems very similar to the 5X but with the ability to add wireless charging if needed.

The Notes were insanely big compared to other phones when they came out. Think the Note 2 is slightly narrower and slightly taller. Different aspect screen too.

My mum has a G4 and it has an awesome camera.

Obviously I use some apps for stuff, but mainly just for accessing data and whatnot. Certainly doesn't require an octosuperquadpiggahurtz processor with a bajillion rams or anything.

Yeah that's meant to be good as well. It's 5.5" though which is really pushing it for too big for me (YJ). Plus I dislike waiting for third parties to decide if and when they'll do an Android update.

I agree, and after having the Nexus 4 and 5 I'm not really wanting to leave the Nexus line.

But I have a couple of wireless chargers :C

I guess that would be mildly annoying. USB-C charges REALLY fast though! (and means you need to buy new cables, yeah)

I have no idea how I am aware of tech that you are not.  It's a phone.  A good one.

I gave up paying attention to phones a while back - it was just too depressing.

Other than lacking a keyboard and being 16:9 it does look pretty interesting.

Am kinda tempted... are there any flaws I'm missing that might result in me cursing you for all eternity?

Of course there are flaws Peter! It's you! Admittedly you'll probably be aware of them all already so it's not that wild a question, but still.
(Only ones I know of are: too big, and they don't have a great track record of getting their OS updates out without bugs. It's generally just fine considering the price)
