Yeah, I'm just wondering how old tymey war would feel in a game.  I could probably take out the whole army because I'm not stupid enough to stand in a line in a fucking field.  I have no idea who decided on the gentleman's rules for war but they were pretty stupid.

I tried a tonne of Mount and Blade mods back in the nineteen-hundreds before I realised mods are all shit without exception.

Does look interesting though, might give it a pop.

Also, you've reminded me that I want that Viking thing for M&B.

You should play Mount & Blade (warband) if you've not. It's *magnificent*.
