BlackBerry

Anyone know of a good, reliable, current program that will allow printing of text messages from a BlackBerry? They are both on the phone and on backups. Forwarding as an Email is not a viable option as date and time stamps need to be preserved.

I have found older programs that do not work according to reviews, and other programs that seem to come from a dubious source. I don't mind paying for a program, but not an arm and a leg since it will be a one time use. Seems to me this would be simple for the type of phone (business smartphone) BB is, but the way they store files makes it a difficult process.

What about opening the wanted message(s) on the phone, and then placing the phone on a copier machine?  Then you can fax them to your 14.4 modem using AOL which is running on OS2/Warp!

I haven't owned a copy machine in about 7 years. I might have an old modem lying around somewhere, but then I'd have to sign up with AOL... nah.

No, really I'd like to see if I can find a viable program somewhere.  ;-)

Does BB not have an Air Print type thing?  All the new printers I've installed at work allow printing from Android and iPhone, does BB not have that?

I am pretty sure that for files or documents I could do that, but text messages are not the same.

If it doesn't have to be a free option this looks like it works.  I found it by reading some posts from people who wanted to do exactly what you're asking.

If you tie a string to the blackberry, whirl it around your head really fast and record the sound it makes, then play the sound backwards, it will utter satanic messages in a deep voice.

I read somewhere on the internet.

I find it hard to believe that nobody has had to print out messages from a BlackBerry.

My boss asked me how to use the fax machine yesterday.

Fax machines confuse me. Which tray does the copy go in, face down or up, heading at top or bottom, do you dial the number first and send or send then enter number, do I use international dialling codes add + or drop a 0, does the receiver have their machine switched and enough paper/ink, how do I know they've got it ?

I'll stick with stamp and envelope, if the carrier pigeons asleep.

I'll write a big FU and tape it to my window where the Feds can see.

How about that? Did you ask him how to wipe your ass?  (football)

Hmm. I am not sure I took your post the right way.  :-S

Anyway, screw the BlackBerry. I found a way to get hard copies, just not the way I'd have preferred. The BlackBerry is going away soon favor of a Moto X that can handle such mundane tasks with ease.

Hopefully the Moto won't have to reboot itself several times a day like the BB did. Crap products anymore, what a shame.
