Is everyone OK?  Is anyone in an area that got any damage?

Bunch of southern pansies. We prepare for a storm by using two pegs on the clothesline instead of one.

Ha! Some of the pictures I've seen look like there is some bad damage.

I was away for the weekend until just now. I have come back to see that a plantpot has fallen off my upstairs neighbour's balcony thing and SMASHED THROUGH THE HANDRAIL on our steps. Which was rotting wood and about to be replaced anyway. Also one of the trees a mile down the road appears to have split in half vertically, that looks impressive. Aside from that it's a really nice day!

All far away in the South. Which is about 200 miles away from me, though I'm guessing that's not very far away in your terms of distance.

We had fuck loads of rain up here on Friday though. Grids outside work overflowing with 4 foot fountains of water looked quite impressive. Driving through big puddles was also fun.

Yeah, depending on which way I went I couldn't even get out of PA with 200 miles.

We basically had normal autumn weather around my area - a few extra leaves and twigs on the ground, but nothing really out of the ordinary.

I didn't even see a small dog or a girl with ruby slippers. :(

You must be in the other Oz, the one that only contains gay midgets.

I didn't see any of those today either.

Walked past any mirrors recently?

<guffaw>

We had a fine day in Yorkshire. A bit of rain in the morning, wind and sun in the afternoon. I nearly cracked out the bikini.

I'm bigger than you.

Really? I'm an enviable height.

Edit - How big are you?

An inch bigger than you.

We're in Wales at the mo but we've been reliably informed that a large section of our fence and a big block wall have been blown over at our house. This does not make me happy.

Absolutely nothing where I am. It's been a little bit blowy, but nothing unusual.
