What? Steve Gibson is a smart dude!  

I cannot edit it down, it's not my video.  Just press start and at 40 minutes or after they are done talking about the Guardian press the stop button.  Start is usually an arrow that points to the right -->  Stop is usually a square.

Not sure why it wouldn't work for you, unless the NSA is using all your bandwidth.

In all honesty, if you had provided some context and a reason to watch, I may have. But a "watch this" just doesn't do it when I have other things competing for my attention.
