This seems like a pretty cool thing to keep an eye on if you have a Raspberry Pi. They built a place for people to submit the projects they are doing on the Pi.

I have today setup a wireless bird/motion camera thing on my balcony. Just need to wait for a bird to be attracted to the gone off crisps! I hope they like prawn cocktail because I don't!

Yes, yes you should!  I am in the process of making a carputer.  Just trying to decide on the 7" USB touchscreen monitor that I should get.  Going to put a usb GPS in it and also configure bluetooth A2DP on ze Pi.  Then put the screen in my dash.

I'd really, really love it if they would get Android running on it because that would let me do everything I really want to do very easily. 

I know it's less fun but.... Get a tablet for that? Nexus 7?

And don't know how easy it will be to take it off. Maybe check the dismantle guides. Not sure if ifixit have one up.
