If it's done on a weekend after 14:00 GMT that makes it a respectable hour for all relevant timezones.

There are eight hours between 18:00 and 04:00 that fulfil the arbitrary "night" requirement for GMT, whilst still being a respectable hour for everywhere between Bermuda and Hawaii.
