That's an Americanism that confuses me still. Your "shop". Is that like what we would call our garage or our shed. Except those are generally outbuildings and I think your shop sounds like it's within your house. But a room with loads of tools and shit.

A shop is a shop, like what you guys call a store for some reason.

Ah, I see. Sorry. Sometimes people do call a workshop a shop but in this case it's a building that I used to have my business in. Right now it's full of stuff that we don't have room for, but I'm planning on remodeling it and turning it into a place where the kids can hang out.

Yeah, he should call it a store! It's so confusing. Make episode 3 feature Ken explaining what words mean.

I know it's strange. But that's what we've always called it. It could be a store but it's not a store anymore!

It'd be nice to have a list of the URLs for the websites mentioned/etc, to save people re-searching for stuff.

 

Also, something that might just be me, but when one person talks for a long time, it's easy to start drifting off and ignoring it - when there are random interjections/laughs/etc from others it helps to draw me back in.

Will try and mix things up a bit, I think we are all just a bit too polite.

As for the links, ideally I would like to get a section of the site where we could upload the episodes and includes the links and show notes there.

Potentially as we get cleverererer, we can do enhanced casts which will have the links on screen as we go.

Thinking of getting one of these if this becomes a regular hobby.

I am seriously keeping a record of the feedback to have I front of us on the next cast, so please folks have a listen and let us know you're thoughts.
