In response to this "treasonous behaviour" the party set up an Intelligence Department, headed by a former South African policeman, to track down the source of "leaks and misinformation" aimed allegedly at helping political opponents.

(My emphasis). Titter. I wonder what a BNP "intelligence" department would come up with.

I knew it was going to be a good evening when I walked in from work and switched on the radio and the first words I heard were "For the BNP, the timing could not have been worse.".
