Interesting read. I would piss myself if the result of America's intervention turns out to be an Islamic government in Iraq.

I think coalition troops should pull out, but we (coalition governments) should not be allowed to do so without taking actual responsibility for the mess we've made. Our troops are clearly exacerbating shit, it couldn't be any other way really. But we should definitely bear the (financial) cost of putting shit right. Replace the US/UK/etc troops with Arab League ones or something, and let us pick up the bill.

(I would doubly piss myself if a secondary result was a militarised arab league)
