Well, obviously Dark Side of the Moon was originally released in 1973, but the concert that the film was taken from was the 1994 Division Bell tour. By that time, the album had been in the UK top 40 album charts for 21 years. It stayed there until 2003.

Don't diss the Floyd, man.

1994 !
I swear to god I thought that was filmed this year or 2005.
Im spell bound. I was approximating that this concert was staged after the success of the bands coming together at the Bob GeldFuckOff Band Aid II concert. The one where U2 sang A Beatles song.

I just cant do with long intros and shitz.
I will probably like Floyd when Im coopers or manthorps age.
I just wish the lead singer would sing more and do more guitar solos.

One of the things I've always liked about Dave Gilmour (the lead singer) is his admirable restraint when it comes to guitar solos.

1994. Your still joking me?
The presentation everything.
The sun, moon and circle motief' looked so 21st Century.
The stage was beautifull. The singers were wonderfull.
The crowd were very appreciative.

Ahead of their time, Trig.

Pulse captures the Division Bell tour of 1994 and was filmed at London's Earls Court during a record-breaking 14-night residency.

...the live filmed performance of Pink Floyd's towering album, The Dark Side of the Moon, the only time a live performance of this album has been captured in sound and picture.

Yup, he's one of those it's more of what he doesn't play than what he does play type of guitarists, great tone & thoughtful playing. His voice still sounds half decent after all these years, better than ol' Roger Waters (see the Fuctaid thingy they played this/last year, embarrassing).

Oasis to their credit did do a fine cover of I Am The Walrus, but then again they are just a hyped up Beatles cover band. The Verve are much better (their first two albums anyways).
