Flipping heck people. I need to put more effort into this folder, or something. I've not played this yet but apparently that still makes me an expert: the original Thief game, remade in the Doom 3 engine (after previously being done in an older Unreal engine) is now available as freeware. Many fans still regard the first and second game as better than the more modern third, and the soon-to-be-released fourth is getting iffy previews. But the first two were special.


I played a demo of one of them once. Didn't really grab me. But hey, free!

I got the sound working. The gist of the game seems to be you have to sneak up on guards and kill them using various medieval weapons, and steal stuff.

They NEED the original actor back, he made those games.

And, yes the second game was the best, less focus on zombies and more on the sneaking.

That was pretty mean! How do you think that makes this new guy feel?

I like how easy that guy makes it look. He has probably played that level 40 times.

Some of those areas remind me of the place Drew made in mine craft!
