/me likes films with swords and guns and fancy moves all together. :Þ
Equillibrium had about 10 minutes of that. 10 badly paced minutes of that. And about 2 hours of utter crap. It was a bad film all round.
Well I liked it.
City of God, too. That's a good film.
I liked the first Tomb Raider...actually both Daniel and I liked it, as well as our son (of course, he likes any movie with boobs and action. He's easily pleased)
We're planning on waiting for it on DVD though. The kid gets antsy in the cinema.
City of God was a good film.
Equillibrium was not.
Therefore God exists.
um. Hold on....
Bah! You're just fearful of it coming true and you'd be set alight because you play music.
Meh, not the same on DVD though, unless you happen to have big boomy speakers and friendly neighbours. :|
We do have big boomy speakers. And nobody living either downstairs or beside us, so we can turn it up quite loud.
For a man who likes Dog Soldieres, you're unusually wrong. Equilibrium was ok. Specifically when he threw out two magazines to the point he would be later in the fight when he needed to reload. But you don't know that, and you're like, "HEY THOSE GRENADES DID NOT EXPLODE" sort of thing. And it has the manditary invincible man. No matter how good he is as statistics, geometry, martial arts, or the mixture of the three would mean he can survive standing at the end of a hallway filled with lots of men with rifles. See? Good.
