This isn't your usual marvel universe slop, in fact it's really got nothing to do with it except name-checking batman. So a largely terrible set of random very different movies instead a of a largely terrible set of in-universe hyper-controlled very similar movies.<br /> <br /> I heard the second one was awful, somehow. This was alright, I can't really stand superhero films but I didn't mind it and I do have time for Joaquin. Fucked up for reasons young man goes ape shit and starts killing people. I can't remember if there was any superhero stuff at all in Joker. The whole Gotham/Wayne/Arkham setting was largely irrelevant, and I'm glad Joaquin's clown makeup wasn't absurdly OTT as previous joker outings.
