Just booked flights to Londinium as Penn & Teller are playing the Hammersmith Apollo. Wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere cheap nearby to put the head down after?

I'm going to see Iggy & The Stooges at the beginning of May (and made a similar request for accomodation recommendations back in March with similar results). We're staying in the Dalmacia Hotel, which is in walking distance of the Apollo. It got good reviews on Laterooms.com, but I'll let you know what it's actually like. When's Penn & Teller?

I'm just back from my trip to see Iggy & T'Stooges. The Dalmacia was nice - ten minutes walk from the Apollo, the rooms have been done up recently and are well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Apparently Nirvana used to stay there when they were poor nobodies.
