Before you go an buy said trousers, have you tired 'shopping yersen into the picture to see if they'd suit you?
I only ask 'cos the trousers that guy's wearing seem to suit because of the matching gauntlets, fly away hair style and ripped to fuck torso. All of which says "If you laugh at my pants, you'd better get used to laughing through two holes in your face". If you don't have any of these, the trousers may look a little out of place.

Closest I could find was this:
http://www.enlighted.com/pages/pants.shtml
Which isn't very close, but funny enough to be worth a look.
I suspect that you need to include the word 'motif' in your searches though, that will eliminate most of the firefighter stuff.
Some of the kickboxing uniforms looked like possible contenders, but none were quite what you wanted.

Using 'Jin Kazama' and Cosplay (how appropriate!) as search terms. It does, I feel, graphically illustrate the sartorial fallacy of dressing as a fictional character: you're not. Jin Kazama's kecks look cool because they're draped on a character whose unfeasibly well-developed physique was created by an artist. Your physique, on the other hand, was created through many years of alcohol abuse, dockyard whoring and neglect.

No neglect here, sir. I've worked /damn/ hard to gain my squashed Morph appearance.
And now I'm working damned harder to change it again (4 inches off the belly so far \o/)
But that's besides the point, my dress up sense for a week of over indulgence with a bunch of goths is strictly off limits :C
