Looks like they are really making headway into the market.
There a re stacks of videos on you tube about the actual polymer, however I think this one from Sky news is the best demonstration although the reporter does seem like he gets far too much pleasure out of it.
I am buying an iPhone case tomorrow made out of the stuff.

Last time I went skiing I got caught on a Black run that was far too advanced for me.
I was mainly ice underfoot , one section had a sheer drop on the left and an ice wall to the right.
There was not enough room between the two for me to snake my way down slowly and due to the ice the moment i pointed my skis down the slope I was off at stupid speed. after about 30secs the track bent round to avoid a massive ice wall.
Needless to say I didn't avoid the ice wall, the skis hit it first and catapulted me forehead first striaght into the wall. blamo!
I saw stars, tweetybirds, black spots you name it.
Me thinks if I had been wearing that Beanie I might have been ok!
